Patient Demonstrating Visual Midline Shift Syndrome Shows Correction with the Use of Yoked Prisms

Young man injured by a large heavy object falling to his right shoulder and back. He was taken to the ER and released. The following morning he had difficulty walking. He is demonstrating a Visual Midline Shift Syndrome (VMSS). With the introduction of the yoked prisms the visual midline shifts affecting the center of mass. The realignment of the center of mass improved postural alignment upright against gravity.
