I was really blown away with your first workshop in San Antonio. I thought it was just great.
I have been trying some of the postural evaluation suggestions and I have about 6 people working on the basic support exercise for Focal Binding. There is one young lady that I believe to have a significant problem with Focal Binding. She is 23 years old and has been working diligently over the past 3 years in different therapies (including VT) to be able to return to college and finish the half year she needs for her degree. Her parents are super supportive and will do anything to help her. She has been doing the basic rocking back and forth and forwards and backwards while seated in a chair. She has been doing this 2-3 times/day for the past 3 weeks and I could see only a very slight improvement in her core stability with the eyes closed). She has both lateral and vertical yoked prisms, 1.5 diopters base left OU and 2 diopters base up OU. Can you recommend another really basic exercise for her to begin?
